In order to add an image to your posts, you need to click on the "Image" button in the text editor as shown below:
You will then have two options:
"From Computer" - Add an Image from your computer
or
"From URL" - Add an Image from URL
To upload an image from your computer, click on the "From Computer" tab and then click "Select Files". A pop up window will appear and allow you to search your computer for the desired image. Once you have found the image you would like to add to your post, simply select it and click "open" on the window. You will then see the image name that you selected in the "Insert Image" window. If you want to add multiple images, just click "Select Files" again. Once you have selected your images, click "Upload File(s)".
This method will upload your image as an attachment to your post.
To upload an image from a URL, click on the "From URL" tab and paste the URL into the "URL" box. You then have the option to "Retrieve remote file and reference locally".
***At the time of writing, there is a bug in the software that means if you tick this box, you will get an error message, so please untick the option to "Retrieve remote file and reference locally".***
Allowed File types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif

Hi just popping in to see if I can help out with this little problem:
When posting a full size image from PhotoBucket you should select the "IMG for bulletin boards & forums" link second from bottom on the link selection screen. Then just paste that directly into your post
The result should be the image from PB appearing as below.
When posting a clickable thumbnail from PhotoBucket you should select the "IMG for bulletin boards & forums" link, bottom on the link selection screen. Then just paste that directly into your post

Click image for full size picture. (this will take you to PhotoBucket)
If you wish to have an enlargable in post image use the "add image button" (as described in Tristan's post) and past the "Direct link for layout pages" link into the from URL box.
The result should be the image from PB appearing as below.
