Just finished reading Russel T Davis's book "The Writers Tale" In the chapter where he is discussing the last couple of episodes of Dr Who he lets slip that he promised Noel Clarke that he would transfer him back to the "real World" and leave him here. This is so that he can guest star in Torchwood
So there you have it from the horses mouth. Micky will be appearing in Torchwood at some point.
Incidently the book is a realy good read. Well recommended

Replying, I read (poss in DW mag?) that they wanted Noel Clarke in TW at the time but since then ended of DW series 4 was scripted his plans changed so he couldn't be in it. Also RTD lies about everything - and he has stated many times that he does - so I wouldn't believe everything you read by him! BTW, I sound right anti Micky there - I'm not, I want him in TW,lol

I do wanna read that book though, I'm gonna wait for the paperback cos it's just too much for my bank balance with the DW boxset coming out soon.

It's priced at £30 in the shops, got mine from Amazon for half price and free postage

Yeah I've seen it for 14.99 but it's still a bit rich for me at the mo.

First was a book signing in Cardiff then he was signing at the Cheltenham Lit, where he remembered me and what do I think of the book, its great I love the insight into what goes into making Who and TW. :big_grin:

I just don't think Micky fits TW. Maybe the old Micky... the sweet insecure Micky... but 'badass' Micky who came back in season 4 just does not work for me.
