I found this rather funny, they're realising the new pokemon games on the DS and they have a pokemon called a Weavile. Very close! Wonder if they look anything like the creatures that stalk the residents of Cardiff at night. :P

The English name Weavile is derived from the words weasel and vile. The Japanese name Manyula is a portmanteau of the Japanese words for devil or demon (魔, ma?), sneaking in (潜入, sennyū?), and weasel (鼬, yū?).

Weavile takes on the appearance of a black, bipedal feline warrior garbed in a red crown and a red collar. It is said that its headgear is representative of the Aztec culture. They have two tail feathers, instead of three.
Weavile has three claws on each paw, instead of two like its pre-evolved form, Sneasel. A female Weavile has smaller ears than a male one. Weavile are known to travel and live in mating pairs and are very mischievous
Now aren't we lucky that fiftythreethousand Pokémon just aren't enough?

It looks slightly Weevil like. Bit bright though. Looks like it could tear you apart with it's teeth and claws though!
