same i knew it was her cause of her hair when u saw her
but im confuddled to about if she was like a ghost how could donna see her and touch her

Yeah that was awesome it was like Donna at the beginning looking for the doctor wherever aliens were but they keep missing each other till they meet again I thought was like yeah she looks good.

as the doctor (and everyone else) seems to say all the time... time and space seem to be pretty patchy in the UK (i mean, all this rift stuff... aliens... the doctor coming back to the UK again and again...) so maybe rose just wanders through the patchy bits occaisionally...

or maybe, the tardis creates the wobbly bits in time/space making it easier for rose to walk between universes... i mean, parallel universe - they gotta be pretty close together, and if the tardis bumps things around a bit, maybe they overlap a bit...

i'm just theorising...

i heard it was because the parallel world she is living in is collapsing because of something we will find out about at the end of the series, therefore she and her family will be eventually thrown back completely to this world again.

i saw some pictures though of the doctor donna and rose on the same beach where rose said goodbye to the doctor. only the tardis was there too? i will try and find them again.

[spoiler:3khdc2fc]I think that she is in this world and i have just watched the last bit of Doomsday on Youtube and rose said "she going back to working in the shop" and the doctor said "oh really good for you" rose said "shut up no i'm working in Torchwood paralell world paralell Torchwood i think i know a thing or two about aliens" Now this world's Torchwood needs two people to cover the vacencies (of Owen and Tosh) Freema could replace Owen (with being a doctor and Rose could replace Tosh cos of how much she knows about aliens[/spoiler:3khdc2fc]
