i know i might be "over analysing it" but the doctors shouldnt really meet each other, due to the fact that there are no time lords to sort out the mess which happens in the space time continum when the same time lord meets a previous regeneration like in the 3 doctors the time lords were always monitoring it and putting in safeguards
