Please help!! So I'm putting out a challenge to anyone that knows any latin (as mine extends only as far as taught by the Life of Brian!)
As some of you know I'm doing the scripts for torchpedia and I've made it all the way to the End of Days and not I'm stuck.
Can anyone please tell me in written form what the hell roman soldier guy is going on about?! I've got a sort of phonetic spelling at the mo, but in my perfectionist mind I wanna get it right and if poss a translation.
Any attempts much appreciated :beg:

I am kinda familiar with it written.. never tried listening to it.
PM me with what you've got phonetically and I'll start with that. Then I can check out the ep myself.

Right, this is how it sounded to me:
Ego somesempre homo indomitus. Varere, valva varere
Good luck! I wouldn't be bothered but the last bit is shouted directly at Gwen so it seemed pertinent. Thank you

I'll have to double check when I get home, but it's something like
I have always dominated men....
Can't think of the last bit. Again I'd have to check. I'm going by memory now.
I actually have the ep with me on my computer, so I'll check it at lunch and listen to it.

The soldier is saying:
"We will destroy those who imprison us. I am always a man who cannot be dominated. This is true, this is very true, and not justice." 'verere' isn't even a word.....valde verere, i think, means very true.
It's a bit scrappy, but that is a succint translation of what he's saying. RTD needs to check his latin!
Hope this helps.
