Not sure whether this should go in the SJA bit but here it is...
My question: Would he have been affected by the 456, due to him being created by the Bane and technically not a children from Earth, and surely if Sarah Jane had noticed Luke, Rani and Clyde conforming to the aliens commands she would have used her computer to stop it?

Ooh, good point. :hmm: I suppose he would have been affected. Because even though he's not technically from Earth, he's still human.
Isn't he...? Sorry, I'm not such an expert on SJA, i don't really know!

When they grabbed the children, I think they went to primary schools only, and I remember something about the children being pre-pubescent. So maybe Rani and Clyde woudn't have been affected either since they are in the mid-teens. Not sure, just a thought.

The kids are meant to be in about year 10 so no, they've probably gone through puberty.

I don't watch SJA really, but they all look a little too old. Frobisher's elder daughter looked the oldest out of all the kids affected in CoE, and even then she was pretty young looking.

i think it would be good if luke smith was actully catain jack or docotor who son one of them should be the father of them. or ianto could of been the father of luck. that would be soooooo cool.

It would be good, but ...Luke is an artificial Human, he is "The Archetype" a creation of the Bane (alien race). On the day of his creation he met Maria Jackson, helped to defeat his creators and was given the name, Luke Smith, from his adopted mother, Sarah Jane Smith. Though he was created rather than born,& he had the physical form of a teenager , his literal age being much younger, but he learnt fast! ;p

See, I heard somewhere, can't remember where that it was every child under the age of 18. Yet, all they really showed us were primary school kids, so I don't know. I guess it's also debatable whether Luke would have been affected, although even if he hadn't Sarah Jane still would have acted against it, no? Again, it's the same debate as to why the doctor didn't help.

Wouldn't Rani and Clyde have been too old to be effected?

Didn't the PM say that a temporary curfew was put on everybody under the age of 18 which would implicate both Rani and Clyde?

Thinking about it I belive I saw a SJA episode where luke wasn't effected by something or other (I am not a big fan of SJA) so I assume it is the same thing with the 456
